Test the problem before you build the business.
Use this worksheet to validate AI Research & Intelligence Service with a small real-world test. The goal is evidence—not a polished brand, a giant software stack or an income projection.
What are you trying to prove?
A professional or small team will pay for faster research when the output is organized, source-aware and decision-ready.
Produce one tightly scoped research brief around a real business question with explicit sources and limitations.
Keep the first test small enough to complete quickly, but real enough that a prospect has to react to an actual offer or deliverable.
Define the smallest credible test.

Consultants, small business owners, nonprofit leaders, sales teams, investors and professional services.
Decision-makers often have plenty of information but limited time to collect, verify and synthesize it.
Produce one tightly scoped research brief around a real business question with explicit sources and limitations.
A sample brief showing research question, findings, evidence, uncertainty and recommended next actions.
Ask before you pitch.
These questions are designed to uncover the current process and pain. Do not lead the prospect toward the answer you want.
What decisions are slowed down by research?
Which sources do you trust most?
How current does the information need to be?
What would make a research brief decision-ready?
What people do matters more than what they say.
Do not count “that sounds interesting” as validation. Listen for evidence of an existing problem, urgency to solve it, willingness to test a solution and a clear next action.
Take the questions into the field.
Approach consultants, agencies, operators or sellers who routinely need market, competitor, policy or customer research.
Decide before emotion takes over.
A “yes” from friends is not validation. Look for behavior, urgency, willingness to pilot and evidence that the delivery can work.
Continue when customer pain is real, the pilot is deliverable and at least one qualified prospect is willing to take a meaningful next step.
Change the customer, problem, offer or workflow when interest exists but the proposed solution is too broad, hard to explain or difficult to deliver.
Walk away when you cannot find urgency, willingness to test or a credible path to delivering the result.
Keep this validation framework.
